What are your grand ambitions?

For me, I'm very passionate about commercial space travel. Used to be into space and astronauts as a kid, then forgot about it growing up... and recently kinda fell in love with it again. I'd like to gaze upon the Earth from a commercial space craft someday before I die...

What about you?

    Depending on your age you might be able to do that one day. In fact I heard about some celebrities who are going into space soon. It just takes some time for the technology to get better and more widespread so the service can become cheaper. Who knows, maybe in our life time it will be possible for the price of a plane ticket overseas? If you search for "commercial trip into space" you'll find a site about this stuff.

      Being there when the masses know, that there is life on Mars!!! And helping that happen.

      Hypothetically of course!:rolleyes:

      But traveling the world one country at a time would be good.

      Spend 6 months or so learning a new language and then going there, first class or business, most, or all of the time.


      Probably visit a few states in AU, first and then go to Hawaii, so l can get used to driving on the wrong side of the road, US currency, etc.

      And of course bring along my Streamlined Laptop, so l can see how much l am making by doing nothing!!! Sweet! :p

      PS l know that it takes tremendous amounts of work to reach this level, but l am on it!

      My brother did that. He has been to all 50 states several times. He has been to countries you couldn't find on map when USSR split apart... He met the people, learned the customs, eat the food... quit amazing.

    I sometimes ponder what I would like if I had mega-wealth. It would be cool to develop property into an energy-self-sufficient (off-the-grid) community, almost completely built from reclaimed products and locally available resources. It would have an obvious central heart with market area, with cafes (only use biodegradable take-out containers), farmers market, lots of gardens that can seen at every vantage point, powerful wifi internet access everywhere, pedestrian walk-ways, resources for cyclists, and a museum of geology full of rocks from everywhere (homage to HeySal).
