HAARP’s Global Assassination Agenda

Unbeknownst to victims or their loved ones, HAARP projects ultra-high-powered radio waves. Those waves operate at the same electronic frequency as the truncus encephali, or brain stem, selectively inducing deaths seemingly by natural causes – including by some appearing to coroners as innocuous as strokes or heart attacks.

“When and if the intelligence community doesn’t view outright assassination as an optimal effect, they’ can simply make a ‘target’ act in an insane fashion, in order to discredit them.”

I've heard all sorts of things about HAARP. Your question is a good one.

Some people blame every quake that causes death on HAARP. Considering we've always had quakes - and they are NOT elevating in number as people seem to think they are (I tracked these things for the better part of a decade)..........I have a hard time swallowing that HAARP is responsible.

I also have read legislation about weather control - and when there is legislation against doing something for reasons of power.........well, that's a sure indication that it can be done. They don't legislate fairy tales.

I have also taken time now and again to troll the US registered patents on mind control, etc. There are hundreds of patents that allow for mind control - sonar is one of them, and sonar can reach deadly frequencies. I'm sure reaching those frequencies is child's play for HAARP or the military. Electromagnetic fields are also the target of a LOT of study and those fields can also kill at the right frequencies.

There also seem to be a LOT of extremely convenient deaths, and here and again, there are revelations by whistle-blowers of extreme coercion being used in circles of gov.

So we have the abilities - and we have the most severely corrupt rulers and leaders in the world. NOTHING these people could do will surprise me. Are they doing it? I wish I could prove it either way. I can't. Maybe someone else can, but I don't have the answers.

Not really. They legislate bull Sh*t that is harmful as hell to real populations, but not usually fairy tales.....as far as I've seen. Would love to know of one, though, if you have a good example handy without a lot of research necessary.

That harmful stuff you mention are the fairy tales
They spin a wonderful yarn about how good they are going to be for us, then we end up seeing the reality.
That recent bill passed in Fl. outlawing internet cafes is one. The fairy tale is that it will end online casinos, the reality is it banned every device that accesses the internet.
          ObamaCare is another fairy tale
Whats his name (the mayor of NYC) thinking raising pistol permit renewal fees from $5 to $300 a year saying it will end gun violence is another.
Cuomo making 7 bullets in a clip saying it will curtail gun deaths is another one.
Practically ever bill they pass that they say is for our safety is a fairy tale.

Well I can see your point but you are using "fairy tales" differently than I did. What you are talkig about it fascist, oppressive ignorance and sheer Bovine Defecation. When I said "fairy tales" - I meant they don't legislate on science fiction. If they are legislating that certain things aren't legal to do -- it automatically tells us that what they are legislating is something someone has the actual capability to do. Of course, we also know that they really don't always feel obliged to obey the law when there's some good money in it for them to violate it.

I think the list of "Snowden reveals" is growing rapidly. I guess you can claim he "reveals" anything since no one has access to him or to the info he has.

I just hope Snowden reveals the end of the world date soon so I know when to get ready to get ready to get gone.

There are overused words and phrases that trigger disbelief in my mind whenever I see them. Global+Assassination+Agenda wroks that way for me.

      sonar is one of them
It's also an amazingly useful scientific tool especially for oceanographers.

In D.C., those in charge of the District are certifiable. They go on and on about disparities between rich and poor - of course there are a ton of rich people there....they're politcians and judges and high level govt workers and lobbyists. So the brains in the District of Columbia mandate a higher working wage designed to affect only a company like WalMart. So WalMart canceled plans to build 4 huge stores in the District of Columbia - that sure helps with the high unemployment rate, doesn't it?

There's enough blatant stupidity in the everyday things going on in the world and in this country - we don't need conspiracies to fall off the map.

        You sure got that right
With a lot of the conspiracies I just adopt an "I don't doubt it" attitude. It wasn't to long ago people where laughing at people who said the govt. was using microwaves and x-rays as weapons. Now we recently had to guys here in Upstate New York who where building an x-ray weapon to target Muslims.
They got busted when they went to Jewish organizations for funding to buy a vehicle to build it on.
That happened at the same time Snowden told us about NSA.
A couple things that where interesting about it was nobody denied it would of worked. Also the FBI went into detail about how they caught them. They where tipped off by one of the organizations the guys contacted. They put a plant in the organization that said he could help them. When he had enough information they went to a judge and got permission to put a wire tap on their phones. Then when they gathered enough evidence they got a warrant and arrested them.
So while the NSA was trying to say they needed to track all our calls to catch terrorist, the FBI was saying 'no you don't'.

Don't know about x-ray -- but they don't need to create a microwave weapon - gov already has one. And lightning. And remind me sometime and I'll see if I can't dig the document back up that gives our gov permission to use them on us (they were built to disperse crowds in war zones).

While that's true -- I would have considered HAARP an electromagnetic veil moreso than a smoke screen.
