Umm lets see um

60 minutes / 12.5 = 4.8

4.8 x 2.4 = 11.52

So if i run on the treadmill for 12.5 minutes at a setting of 12 I have beaten that time.

Thats running at 12 km / hr

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
speed 6.5 km / hr
time 20 minutes
distance 2.15 km
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

speed 7.2 = 2.4 km / 20 minutes

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
speed 10.6 km / hr = 1.6 km / 9 minutes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

speed 11.52 km/hr = 2.4 km / 12.5 minutes

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
speed 14.4 = 2.4 km / 10 minutes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

speed 18 km/hr = 2.4 km / 8 minutes

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    You need to get off that treadmill . . . . .
    And get out more!
    I fuKed up !!!
    I tore my calf muscle - went over the speed limit.
    Didnt warm up enough - now I am limping. This will take at least a week to heal and I'll need to see a physio.
    So what's that in miles per hour against a 5 knot wind up a 10% incline?
    Cheers,
      Don't start him off again - we'll be here all night - he'll have to factor in that limp as well
    The physio was hot - I felt like shagging her right there on the massage table.
    But this place is a classy joint - not to mention a legitimate physiotherapist office.
