For all the Mums and Grandmas in WF

Happy Mothers day to all the mothers out there!
Thank you Norma for making this post.
I devote most of my waking moments to being a mother but I am rarely thanked (well a 2 year old can hardly thank you!!).

I will be working all day on mother's day.....the joys of the service industry!!!!! Hopefully soon enough I will be earning enough with my IM career to never have to work another mother's day again!

Don't like to argue with another mother, especially when the offspring is only 2 years old, but I am sure you are being thanked by the said toddler as everything they do, say, enjoy and appreciate is imparting joy to you and underneath the biggest, friendliest, loving care that you are mum is coming through.

My 3 children were my greatest joy and I loved every moment with them, until they became teenagers. That's when I stopped being the teacher, carer and security for them and became the child (well, in their eyes at least).

Now I am going over to visit with my son and 2 of my grandchildren. Remember I have one just 2 months old, Alexander. Another of my grandchildren, James, turned 8 on Friday. Its a completely different life being a grandmother. You are never wrong.
