GHOST TOWN: China's Tianducheng development in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, started construction in 2007 and was known as a knockoff of Paris with a scaled replica of the Eiffel Tower standing at 108 metres (354 ft) and Parisian houses.

Although designed to accommodate at least 10 thousand people, Tianducheng remains sparsely populated and is now considered as a 'ghost town'.

Speaking of which, maybe they should just turn that town into a tourist attraction and gambling resort with some fun rides and whatnot for the kids.

Maybe they should put cameras all over a state owned baby, and turn it into a tv show, should get their money back eventually, unless he does a runner!
