Hello Admin,

I have sent several private messages about how to become a full member and still no reply till now!!!

I am not sure if this is for a reason or their is a problem with the system!!!

I am relatively new here, but quite active and want to be more.

        For questions on policy, that's good advice. As a rule, the regulars here in the lounge get it exactly right a very high percentage of the time. Much more often than any other section of the forum.

        That's probably very close to true.

        Here are some basic guidelines:

        1. Read the rules threads at the top of main discussion several times before PMing anyone with questions. The first page of each thread will answer virtually all your questions about general policies here.

        2. If your question is about general policies and is not answered in those threads, ask me, via PM.

        3. If your question is about paid ads, and it isn't covered in the rules threads in main discussion or the section in which the ad is placed, use the help desk. Do NOT ask me, as I have nothing to do with paid ad approvals, and will generally just tell you to ask at the help desk. Assuming I don't ignore the PM entirely.

        The exception is discussion of why a paid thread was/might have been/ might be deleted. And I don't guarantee I'll answer those.

        4. If you are using the help desk, be civil. If Allen or any of the moderators find out that you're being abusive to Thomas, the response is standard: Instant banning of that account, and any others you might have or create in the future.

        Thomas might cut you some slack on #4, but none of the rest of us will. The policy for being nasty with him is, essentially, "shoot first, ask no questions."
