Yeah, McNuggets are definitely a life and death deal!!!

Thank God, she didn't want a Happy Meal, the whole store would probably be burnt to the ground.

Odd's on she was on Crack!

And she will be alone for the rest of her life, probably be unemployed as well?

Or it could just be the economy in the US and here is so bad that some will take it out on others to feel better?

I ran into a bike rider, (motorbike) that was leaving from a Nursery yesterday, l unfortunately blocked his path, and hesitated since l didn't know which side of the parking road he was going for.

Then the foul language, started, l basically gave him a finger, and parked. Then his tone changed although the f**** this and f*** that kept going.

This was on Fathers day with perfect sunny weather!

2013 on and off line has been the worst year of my life, but l wouldn't go off like that, maybe this person normally speaks like that, some do, but to me he sounded like an a********.

Worldwide in most countries we have had it tough, and it is only the rich, and high income bracketed individuals that are relatively calm. People need to learn we are all in the same boat!

I've been through times that on the surface seemed worse. Most lower income people frankly aren't even TRYING to look through the veneer! And I have known some VERY poor people. They aren't any less calm than usual. AGAIN, there is contrived anger, etc... OH, they may scream, yell, kill, or "occupy" for a month, but look through the veneer and you see it is for the same EXTERNAL reason that has NOTHING to do with the economy. IRONICALLY, it is one of the reasons why they don't think things are as bad as they are.

And it IS a FALSE FLAG! The oldest one in the book! Then again, you made a statement that makes it sound like you are one of the ones that believes the press. OH YEAH, the "MSM" is sreading this false flag. They have devoted as much as 75% of their non series programs and maybe 10%+ of their series programs to it! People have built CAREERS out of it! It is IRONIC because they get RICH and become a member of the group they tell you to hate! It is FUNNY how so many of them are JUST THAT WAY, HUH!?!!??!?

NEWS for you! Some VERY rich people have been nice and charitable! Some VERY poor people have been EVIL and THIEVES! And DON'T say it is because they are poor! Even after they become richer than most here ever thought they could be, they will do ANYTHING to make more, even if it means destroying public things, going to jail, killing or maiming people.

I really hope she was caught, and I hope it costs her at least $1000. Some jail time would be great too. And I really, really I hope she doesn't breed.

It's people like her that make me wonder if forced sterilization for excessive stupidity might be a good idea.

Ok - a definite splorf moment there....

She did get caught - this from another site

Unfortunately for Dushane she didn't get her chicken nuggets. What she did achieve was internet fame and an arrest on vandalism charges.
Not new - happened in 2010 but funny anyway.

There's probably a medical reason for that sort of behavior. She needed her anti-psychotic medication, or her hormones, or something like that, perhaps? She may really need to be in the hospital rather than in jail, I think? That's not just stupidity and criminality: that's psychopathology of some kind, surely?

I wanted to reply with "Always nice to see dumb people doing dumb things on camera", but then you reply hit me: most of these people have much bigger problems that aren't all their fault. Some have real mental problems (which isn't their fault, and even if it were, we need to treat them just like we treat people who have liver problems, for example), others have foreclosure signs on their door, going through divorces, alimony to pay, etc., etc. They all simmer inside with frustration and anger, and just simple annoyance such as this one is enough to send them over the edge.

So no, sending them to jail with other psychotic, violent, "bad" people isn't a choice. A professional assessment would be a good start, IMO.

Despite of my view over this issue, I actually got a good laugh out of watching this video. :p Am I insensitive, or what?

I agree. She was violent and dangerous. She could have seriously harmed someone.

My point was that for every violent behavior there's a reason, and automatically sending her to jail is not the answer. What happens if she still has this mental problem when she gets out of prison? She'll just do it again, and she'll be back in prison. How good does that do to her our the community? None.

She loses because she's still ill, and wastes time in a place that doesn't do her any good (how many people do you think come out of jail saying jail time helped them be a better person?).

The community loses because someone has to pay for her jail time and she also can't work, so there goes the taxes she would have payed.

Ok, fair enough, but l was referring to relatively normal people having a lot of money, and knowing how to manage it wisely are happier overall.

I wasn't referring to poor people that are so screwed up they are happy with their lot!

l suppose that what l am getting down to, is in a depressed economy more suffering results, and more of the private sector or the hospitality industry has more rage cases.

Or it is easier to take out your anger on a 18 year old!

If all someone knows is how to do a certain job, and that job still pays the same as it did years ago, but the workload is substantially more, (because of economic conditions) with the prospect of losing your house because utility bills have eaten up your safety margin, etc.

Then they will have a tendency to feel trapped and more willing to lash out!

But give them enough to pay their house off, and things become rosier.

Give them millions, and their lives will get better short term, but long, hard to say.

But the point l was getting at, in relatively normal people, wealth equals mental stability!

I'm tired of bad behavior being excused and/or explained away with the latest psychobabble. Excuses or not, she did it, she should be punished for it. All the mollycoddling does is encourage more attention-getting behavior.

If all she did was scream and holler I might agree with you. When the behavior becomes violent, my sympathies are harder to reach. And if Kay is right that she was drunk, should not have the right to drink again and should have her driver's license taken away. My best friend was killed by a drunk driver. Her kind shouldn't be behind the wheel.

Maybe she was possessed by the devil or something.
Yes she may have been under the influence of alcohol or drugs or something but that is RIDICULOUSLY bad behaviour from anybody, adult or kid, and shouldn't be tolerated.

If she does have a mental condition, then she should be assessed because if she is just thrown in jail, that could be worse for her.

All in all, I feel sorry for the McDonalds people there. They should never have to put up with sh*t like that.

Sounds like the video was doctored after the fact. The original video shown in court had no audio.

Then in the past couple of weeks this old video - complete with outrageous comments - showed up on dozens of blogs online.

This instance happened in Jan 2010 - the woman was sentenced in Aug 2010. Since she was sentenced to 2 months, it's long over but looks like someone imaginatively added audio to the video....

Here's the original new story about it - note the silent video from surveillance camera...
