A guy had ANOTHER quack operate on him. Apparently he ha had a BIG problem with operations this year. Tears from the LAST operation caused a hernia, and he had to go BACK to get the resulting hernia fixed. Supposedly he was JUST coming out of the anesthesia, and didn't recall a good chunk of his life, and THIS was his reaction:
