THIS IS ILLEGAL HARASSMENT AND SPAM. DOCUMENTED. FOR
Mr.Takaphan Jaruhungsin (mon_t_ra2@hotmail.com) TROLL.

These are all invalid applications From One Stalker that are forwarded via email.

I have written to and been ignored by ESP, Blocked IP address over 10 times (he changes it) and have sent him several email to CEASE AND DESIST - (and he did reply once with some nonsense so he is not a bot) and they still come. So I am taking matters into my own hands.

Feeding it to the Spambots. I won't stop until I hurt this guy or die trying.

Is there any kind of net policemen in the House? What LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY DO I NEED TO GET THIS STOPPED? ANY LINKS APPRECIATED.

      Pat -

What do you mean by "applications" - sending attachments in emails?

If you google the name you find some dude from Thailand posting useless comments on blogs (and not only in English).

Sounds like pure spam. "Harrassment and stalking" make it sound like a personal attack and it's only a stupid spammer. When you send him emails you tell him "you are spamming a live address and I am reading your emails". If he's not a bot - he probably can't read what you have written in English. Fighting something like this is a big waste of time to me - you may be able to block the email address at your isp online mailbox so they don't download. You might be able to block all Yahoo addresses (does anyone but spammers use that now anyway?).

You might mark his name and email addresse(s) as spam in your email server - and totally ignore the emails by not opening them or responding to them in any way.

In reality - CanSpam doesn't mean there are unlimited enforcers standing by to "do something" whenever someone receives multiple emails from a spammer.

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

Nooooo Kay - these are applications - He is SPAMMING our application form site. The formsite forwards the application via email.

The HARRASSMENT is because I have (a) told him how to send a correct application and he ignores me. (b) I have asked him to stop and he ignores me, AND (c) because I FEEL he is DISRUPTING my process everyday and I have ASKED HIM TO STOP.

Not to mention that I understood an autoresponder can be shut down if they allow their members to spam (in fact one I was using had that happen to it (that was not aware). So technically the ESP is ALLOWING this since they do not stop it even after multiple complaints.

...and I remember when I started IM - the "fear of Xod" about ALWAYS paying attention to people who tell you to REMOVE the address. You better do it immediately or you are toast. Yup not.

...and I am quite aware since I live in the world with 10 email addresses that there are not 'unlimited enforcers standing around'. DUH.

I have submitted multiple complaints jumping through all the hoops that ESP gives you to report spam.

WHY HAVE A SPAM REPORT FUNCTION IF YOU IGNORE THE COMPLAINTS? It's lip service beauracratic BS.

    IT IS SPAM AND HARRASMENT.

    ...but thanks for your support.

p.s. AND after my raaaaannnt, i plan on not wasting anymore time unless I find out how to file a formal complaint(s).

p.s.s. i also have had a little group for years from one certain country that take turns posting invalid applications everyday (5-10). these are even worse because i have to check and test every one to see if it is valid and send a correction request). at least with this guy i can just shuffle him off without even looking...

pps - the filters on my ESP do not work for this - I assume because they are forwarded (although they come in with the Return Email Address.

the IP blocks don't if you change your IP.

Unfortunately tons of people still use Yahoo and I would say 50% then complain about not receiving the responses I send. Hotmail is even worse....

The CanSpam thing won't apply here since this guy is from Thailand.
Yah, like they really care about that law.... :/

All of his connections are coming from tttmaxnet.com....you can try contacting them, but good luck w/ that one.

For more long-term help, try speaking up whenever you see people (including the morons at SpamHaus) make these ridiculous claims that most spam and abuse originates from the US.

    1. I don't want to sound cynical, but I'm not sure if most law enforcement would even care.

    2. I'm not sure if most law enforcement even have the technology to try to combat this type of thing since alot of it will be working off proxies.

I agree that most of these "laws" are there to just look pretty like the government is doing something for society.

So there is LAW ENFORCEMENT somewhere - however the FBI can't help you unless you have a proven loss over $500k (now this is what i was told).

I know there is more than a 'shadow government' somewhere here on the wild frontier in cyberspace. -- IC3 for lesser $ amounts.

    SPAMENFORCEMENT - HELLO $0 -

They are laying off law enforcement in soCal at the same points as the border wars and united-states-side-open-warfare-in-the-streets.

Yeh like somebody is going to help me to get this troll to go away?

Pat - I had a live stalker - very different situation, but you can file a report (and should) on the FBI site. They might not go after it (especially if it doesn't meet monetary requirements) - but they do keep everything they receive so if anything got weird enough for them to act on, they have the records.
Other than that - cyber crime is handled by your local police department. It's a new area for them so many of the cops are actually very interested in these cases.
Although - the responses that you might not be able to do anything if the guy is in another country (depending on that country's attitude) is right.

      HTH.

Well today I have his whole geographic area blocked IP Address-wise from submitting anything at our application form site. He will get around it somehow.

...but in the meantime he is now submitting tickets to our helpdesk (can't block IP) - he thanked me for flooding his email with all my complaints to his ESP and the links I have in here (the encore to my rant the night I posted this thread.

    He sure is thick.

Why didn't you just block his email in the mailto form? It's pretty simple...

    I forgot...

You can block him from the support
    desk by using .htaccess.

If you have CPanel, you can do it
easily. It can be done server wide,
domain or folder based and even
    by file name.

      Do tell, Garrie!

I have limited access to the formsite as we are just a client. (they are a 3rdparty) I never saw anything about mailto:

As for the cpanel, what exactly would I do to the .htaccess if I had access? Again, we are just a client on the application. (like a renter)

      Thanks for any help.
