Looking for an advice for a freelance website

Hi guys, I am new in this forum and don't know where to post my discussion, so I start here.
I'm willing to build a freelancer website (oDesk, freelancer like), but I don't know which clone script to use. I found through the internet lots of offers, but I am afraid of scams or bad scripts since I did some sacrifice to make some money. I am waiting for your advice, looking forward hearing from you guys. Thanks in advance for your valuable help!

      I am from a country where it doesn't exist, and they are not aware a lot about what's happening outside. I am targetting a specific region.

    If you are not going to do it yourself, then hire a specialist. Do a research on freelance sites, ask your friends for a reference, search forums
