It was under the bed the whole time.
If you don't go, you won't know.

Gravity

A very good movie. I can recommend it to my friends.

It was the red shoe in the title that caught my eye, of course, but I happen to be interested in the movie, as well.

I think I read a review of this recently? Was it just shown at some movie festival and only on general release recently, or something? I think the part of the plot I read in a review (if I've remembered the right one at all) reminded me of something I'd seen/read before, I'm almost sure. Not Kubrick's 2001 and/or its sequels, and not Apollo13, but something ...

Is it about the Kessler effect, by any chance? (That might be why I remembered it) ... where do the red shoes come into it?

No ma'am, it's not. It's just an interesting story, well told, very well 'shot' along with excellent acting.

By well shot, for example, there is a scene where Sandra Bullock is out of oxygen. This scene is so well done that you may find yourself breathing heavy for her.

I think you and an SO (significant other) would enjoy it.

      My opinion.

I watched Gravity again. (VUDU) And again, it was very good.

If you did not catch it at the theater, I can recommend it to you.

          All the best,

I am joyously envious. 3D was not available for my viewing pleasure.

Please do leave a review even if it is not in agreement with mine.

I hope you and the family have a great time.

I watched it last weekend and found myself reaching out into thin air grabbing for anything to grab hold of during some scenes.

Was it the best movie I ever saw? No, but the scenery, if you want to call it that, was breathtaking.

It was a beautiful story. Yeah, some scenes were breathtaking...and made me very glad I was on Earth. Seeing it in 3D is recommended.

What if they're not stars? What if they are holes poked in the top of a container so we can breath?

Another movie that is awesome to see in 3D is Pompeii. When the volcano erupts, it's like the molten lava fire rocks are coming right at you. I ducked a couple of times.

Anyway, I would describe it as - Romeo and Juliette meets Dante's Peak.

I saw the previews - they showed a woman running out of air and it was so discomforting that I didn't want to see the movie. Maybe I'll reconsider.
