you have a registered company in the US, you own the domain name so nothing to worry i guess. If things were that easy i'd want to register facebook again lol.

Read the next one down. You have also won the Spanish Lottery and your Ugandan Uncle who was an army General left you $233,455,333,444 Ugandan shillings as inheritance.

    Nice one Dennis

It's a scare tactic. I used to get those all the time from some Chinese outfit. They want you to register a bunch of domain names in other extensions through their "service" to prevent someone from taking your name. Bunch of scam artists.

That's indeed the 1st thing that crossed my mind, get those domains myself before someone else does.

However I didn't register them, what the heck i need seoservicegroup.cn for.

I never received this type of spam before btw.

i get those every few months apart all the time, don't make the mistake of replying to it, just ignore and they will go away but if they smell you a fish they might buy the domain names and try to blackmail money out of it.

    nik0,

An LLC in the US is tantamount to a TRADEMARK! It is the DEFINITION of a trademark! LITERALLY! A trademark is a MARK indicating its producer of TRADE.

It is also a persons NAME! Under the law, it is a person. So you have every right to such a name and, if it predates their attempt to get any competing mark, they have NO legal leg to stand on. I am not a lawyer, but the idea of unnatural/natural persons, precedence, and domain ownership is very clear in the UDRP.

Of course, there IS nissan. Nissan Computer Corporation
