I dont know what the issue is, if Phoenix cannot support a team with the greatest hockey player of all time, why keep them. Who is responsible to the money Jerry owes his creditors.
I see it this way, forget the personal issues. The nhl has the option to recuperate the money loan to the Phoenix owner, give it to a owner who will invest and who already has corporate sponsors and fans who want to support and pay to fill the seats.
I say scrap the rule book nhl, bring back a team to canada . Imagine if it was a US team taking over the Toronto Leafs, am sure they will scrap the rules.
