First post. Glad I Joined!
Who are my kidding...This is just veiled attempt to log my first post. 
But in all seriousness, glad I joined. Been a lurker for quite a while so
it's time I get around to thanking those folks from whom I've picked
up a lot of solid insights. Now if I can only get that post count up a
little bit so I can do that!
Still much to learn, but I'm constantly amazed at what I can pick up
and integrate into my overall process.
Kudos to you folks that REALLY provide that GOOD info. There's
some BS around but once you've been around a little while (online)
generally you become much more adept at weeding this stuff out.
Now next step is to get some cash together and get in that War Room!
