Ha! The USA is not the only nation with crack-smoking mayors. Canada has at least one, too.

    Wow Ford done something wrong!!! But the funny thing is if it's true is that it's the first time that I can remember that Toronto is finally getting it's crap together, A new subway line coming, gov. spending down, less waste, city's finally getting a hockey team that's WINNING GAMES. The city of Toronto is in the best shape in years and (if it's true) it took a crack head to do it instead of the lawyers who regularly are in power running our local, prov. and national goverments, go figure...

      If he's a good mayor, I guess the crack use is his flip-side. How does a mayor end up in a crack-house of all places? Did he sneak into it? Was this before he was mayor?

      It looks like a set-up to me. There is even someone charged with extortion in this whole mess. It would be very easy to get someone to playfully "smoke" a pipe with nothing much in it -- kids do it with Popeye candies.

      It was just plain unprofessional of the police chief to comment on it publicly like that on something for which the mayor is not even being charged with anything. It causes damage, makes a lot of smoke (no pun intended), and generates chaos and mayhem, doing no good whatsoever as far as I can make out.

    Ya the media and other city officials have had it in for him for awhile because hes been looking into there corruption and they don't like it. Ford's brought in spending limits, has made people accountable and a few other thing so he's not well liked at city hall.
