I am hoping a member may be able to answer a question for me. I bought Keyword Scout through Warriors a year ago. I didn't end up using it, but now I want to.

I deleted the old version as instructed and downloaded the latest version. However, when I try to use it now, it brings back an error message "The Given Key was not Present in the Dictionary. Does anybody know how I solve this as there seems to be no reply to Support Tickets at KW Scout.

Have you searched for that in the search option? It may come up in there. Or wait for the help desk to get back to you.

Google the product owners name and find an email address or another way of contacting him/her

Did you guys ever get an answer. I had a ticket open with them end of 2013 and never actually got a resolution. I can see not working still. Not best if a product can not work for so long. Being a Software Engineer myself I find it a bit of a disgrace.
