Smartphone with good camera

Could you recommend me any smartphone with good camera? I heard that the best option is Samsung GalaxyS4, so I checked on comperio.co *that it has 13 Mpx. But maybe have any other, better suggestions for me?

      Yeppers - 41 MP. My photographer friend first told me about it after paying a lot for his
      36 MP camera he just bought for his business. Crazy.

        Sorry, but that seems crazy. Good thing they're constantly increasing the available sizes of MicroSD cards. You'll need the 128 gig cards soon just to handle the photos you take of your food to post on Facebook...

    Lumia 1020, and it is not even close. It has a better camera than most retail cameras.

    41 MP, and the phone is amazing.
