      His lips matched the track for me. Sometimes if there isn't enough bandwidth coming to you the sound will keep streaming but the video will skip frames. Maybe that's what you saw.

      There's quite a bit of material out there about him, if he's faking it he's sure fooling a lot of people. You can see his throat move in this one:

    It really is amazing if it's true... can't match that voice to him in my head though. It doesn't fit him somehow. As marketingva said, it may be lip synching, but everything his possible...

    I enjoyed listening to the French (Québécois) conversation in conjunction to the songs. Nice contrast.

    (No doubt, he'll be performing for he Governor General of Canada soon. You'd probably have to be Canadian to know who or what the heck I'm talking about)
