Twiiter signup problems

This is ridiculous, does any Warrior know how to signup to twitter? I try to, and it takes me to the signup page with two apps to download, no matter what link I use, I always get taken to the same page with no box to actually sign up.
As social Marketing is fairly important nowedays, I was wanting to get things going in several Social websites, for some reason, there is this problem I am having with the Twitter signup page, where I am taken to apps page with no link to sign up with.
Google searching has not fixed this, any WARRIOR Twitter Wizzes that can help with this..will be greatly appreciated.
