Since we celebrate Christmas on the 24'th here in Scandinavia, I guess I'm the first one to wish you all a merry Christmas!

By the way, what are you going to eat for Christmas? I'll have pork ribbs with the rind on, potatoes, pepper sauce, cabbage stew and lingonberry jam.

    I'm making bacon-wrapped stuffed figs, turkey and leek pie, hungarian sausage, and turtle cheesecake bars. Family will bring other sides.

      Dunno, Twister. I think Santa gives him the day off on Christmas. Maybe he'll sweep the sky Christmas eve so you can get some nice healthy sunshine (Vitamin D3) for your cold - but only if you've been a good boy.

      Merry Christmas everyone. Not sure what I'm going to eat. I'm a little cookied out right now though, so it will be healthy food up til desert which will be apple pie a la mode with Dulce du Leche.

          I made a christmas Lasagne, veggie style. Wife made tons o cookies, and a cheese and meat tray. beer and wine, and Egg nog late in the eve, which explains my headache this morn.

    We had our Christmas meal yesterday (23rd) as my sister goes to her boyfriend's family for Christmas Day. We had turkey, veggies and sweet potato. Pate and crackers for entree and trifle and chocolate ripple cake for desserts...as well as other yummies.

    I wish everyone all the best and may 2014 be safe, healthy and prosperous.

    Merry Christmas to all of you. Some of you eat really weird food. lol. At least food I've never heard of.

    Not sure what I'm going to eat. My children and I are getting together weekend after Christmas due to some spending Christmas with the dreaded inlaws.

      It is going to be 30 degrees Xmas day in AU, Victoria.

      But we won't put the air con on full blast just so we can put the gas fireplace on? :rolleyes:

      Although some Americans/Aussies, do put the aircon, on full to chill their house down, so they can have a traditional fire going!

      Certainly make the MMGW greenies cringe! :rolleyes:
