If you have a laptop, which has a wireless internet connection, so can pick up broadband if available.

If the laptop is in Location1, will this give 1 unique IP address?

and then when the laptop is turned off, moved to a different city -Location 2, ( which is 15 minutes away from location 1), and turned on here, with the NEW broadband at that property, then will this give a different
IP address, to the IP address in location 1?

If it is moved to 5 different cities, will the IP address of all of these 5 locations be different ?

and what is the best way to check each of the IP addresses at each different location ?

Yes. The device has a MAC address.
The IP address is specific to the ISP account & location.

Seems like a lot of effort to get different IP addresses, however...
    You could just use TOR.

How you check your current IP address depends on your Operating System.
You can easily Google specific instructions for whatever you are using.

Effort is not required lol, but was just curious as I have read different conflicting things on this.
