Anger management classes

did anyone ever go to them and if so how was it???

I'm thinking of going at least once.

    I was going to sign up or a class once - I dialed the wrong number and was to angry to try again.

      I've been in an anger management class for 31 years. It's called, "Wife, 5 Competitive Children, 8 Grandchildren, 4 Businesses and no time to myself".

      The class is held 7 days a week in my garage and all are invited. Topics covered are "Screwdriver Manipulation", "Hammer Juggling", and my favorite "Radio Deciple Ranges". Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in class but strong black coffee for nerve stress relieve is always served.

      When I lived on two acres I would take anger management field trips. The riding mower loaded up when I closed shop for the day. It's amazing what one can accomplish when you are in class.
