Technical Question about cd's

Hey guys,

I wonder if anyone could help me...

I've got an information product that I'm going to start selling on eBay.

All the content is in an Optimize Press membership site but as you know eBay don't allow the sale of digital products so I need to deliver a physical product ie. a CD.

So I want to know how can I make a CD auto run and open up on my optimize press membership registration page.

I don't want to just dump the content on a CD hence the reason I'm asking this question.

Many thanks,

Ben

As far as I'm aware "autorun" is set at the PC level, not the CD itself.

This is not true. You can sell your digital informational product on Ebay in the classified section on Ebay. Just find the classified section. I think an Ad cost $10 a month.

You would not even need the CD if you use the classified ads on EBay. You can put up your ad and direct them to your website straight from there with a link.

Also, if you have a CD burner software, you can setup a autorun CD and direct them anywhere. In the help file of the software it explains how.

Might I suggest something else. Are you not better off sending them the CD for free and then you get their address, that is if your charging for it. Cos CD's are cheap and stamps are, and you only send when people request it.
