Philip-Morris is taking advantage of changing laws with their first marijuana cigarette.

There's so many things wrong with that article that I seriously doubt it's true.
For example.

Norcik added that they have begun contacting former drug lords in Mexico and Paraguay, currently the largest marijuana-producing countries in the world, for the possibility of setting up a distribution ring across the North and South American continents, to streamline the supply lines.

Unless they're going to grow in Washington and Colorado, they would have to transport across state lines.
If they did grow in those two states they would have to adhere to the number of plants limit of those states.

There's a number of other reasons they couldn't sell here now, including only registered dispensaries can sell for the first year (or 2?). They also need to be a resident of Colorado for a certain length of time. And right now, you can only sell what you grow yourself. This will change in the future.

  True or not, they're all prepping.
  
  I always figured it would be Camel. At least that was the lore back in the day and it probably just stuck with me. I remember many times hearing something like, "Yeah, man. If pot were legalized today man, Camel would have it on the shelf by the end of the week, man."

If you look at some of the other so-called news stories on that site you will find some other amusing items as well. The Facebook one says that fan pages are gone and people will have to pay to read their friends posts!

I don't think I'd want them from Phillip Morris or any other cigarette companies. The first thing they will do is douse it in chemicals so all the benefit of not causing cancer will just disappear - about what they did to tobacco.
