Hi guys, I would like to hear your thoughts on a problem I have had with an internet service provider here locally. So for the summer of 2013 I bought a 3g Internet subscription for 1 year. Now as I want to cancel the contract they tell me I have to pay more and from what it looks like at the moment of signing contracts the operator used the original contract and handed it to me but the company.s contract was one for a larger plan, so all this time I.be been figuring for them as a. X plan buyer while I was a z plan buyer. I know I made a mistake by not looking at both contracts while signing but I thought one to read was enough. I am not sure if they did it by mistake or it was a stupid trick but now they want me to pay by their contract and I don't think this is fair on their part.

That's why they have contracts. If you signed a one year contract - the "I didn't read it" isn't going to work as an excuse to cancel.

Best bet is to use that service until the contract expires in the summer - make sure it isn't on an "auto renew" and then move on from there.

Don't sign any more contracts without fully reading them. Consider this a lesson learned.
