    Having had both, I have to say this is a win for the TW customers.

    But I'm judging only on Internet and Customer Service--
    I've never used their other products like TV or phones.

      Not sure about their prices anymore because I now have Verizon but I can say the verizon DVR interface is much better than Comcast.
