How cute. I didn't realize those little guys could move that fast.

A lot of times you see penguins, they are on surfaces that aren't as good and they may even be protecting an egg, so I guess it makes sense they an run faster. That little guy looked like he or she wanted to fly to keep up!

One thing I was going to say is that it looks like the penguin has imprinted on him. It is like the guy had the penguin as a chick. And the penguin just wants to be with the person.

What do the wings and all mean? The penguin shows NO desire really so it isn't like it is looking for food, or to attack, JUST to be there!

You made me go look at the video again. That isn't aggression. That's moving very fast and trying to keep balance. Penguins wings go nuts because they don't have that great of balance on land. They don't spend a lot of time on land in the wild.

This kid is a pet. Check out the reaction to the head pat - he loved the heck out of it. He wanted attention and he got it.

It's kinda like watching Claude work, isn't it?

Unfortunately I am not knowledgeable enough about penguins to know what all the wing stuff is about. Will have to look it up on wikipedia.

Cute. I think more of an imprint or follow the leader thing.
When the man stopped, the penguin did not do anything aggressive.
