Leasing A Domain Name ?

Is it possible to lease someone a domain name and actually make money?

I have a domain that pertains to lending/loans and it is currently ranking
Pg 1 of all 3 major search engines.

If I could find someone interested in developing the site, what would be best, leasing the domain at a set price per year, per month, or do a 50/50 or a % of sales ?

Thanks, I have never heard of them. Do you know anything about their business practices ?

Went and checked them out. On the bright side they have nothing currently listed that starts with the word lending.
