What is your favourite alcoholic beverage?
Or what other beverage, if not alcohol?

Cheers Warriors, and bottoms up!

Beer, rum and vodka man here. (Grey Goose when I can afford it)

Once in a blue moon, I'll drink a Sam Adam's beer. Other than that, diet Mountain Dew.

I had a martini once that was so good, I swore them off immediately.

I thought "This is what crack must be like."

At my age, alcohol is not friendly to me.

What if they're not stars? What if they are holes poked in the top of a container so we can breath?

I was going to say 'Blue Moon" as that's currently my favorite beer. It has orange peel in it.

But I see you beat me to it.

Coffee, ice water, tea, Coca Cola, orange juice and V-8 Juice. Beer once in a great while, usually something light. I'm not very interested in mixed drinks or wine, so I guess that saves quite a bit of money.

Coffee. I like it black, just as long as it has creme and sugar. I know, I'm a wuss.

I am a beer drinker..... and by that I mean I like GOOD beer. On BeerAdvocate dot com the number one rated craft beer is Heady Topper which is made by a small brewery in Vermont. Every batch they make is sold out in 24 to 48 hours! They have a two case limit per customer. Peole drive hundreds of miles to get some. They can keep in on the shelf! Also made by my cousin - he is a living legend!

I have a friend here in N.Y. that drinks that when he can. He's even driven to the brewery to buy it back when you could do that.
I don't drink beer anymore, but he said it's the best you can get.

I enjoy a nice pint or two of Kronenbourg or any beer really. Love a Guinness and I'm rather keen on red wine too. (Not all the time I might add )

In Summer I go down to the New Forest to a little village called Burley that do some of the nicest cider I've ever tasted and it's bought and poured straight from the barrel. So fresh you actually feel good the next day!

Coffee (not granulated, real stuff) and nice teas are also on the list.

Serious question, Richard: Because you specified, is granulated coffee quite common where you live? And real harder to find? Both are easily found on our shelves in the US - at least where I live. Real, I think, is much more used here.

            ----------------

Never even heard of Karsk. I did have a shot of Crown Royal and Red Bull once.
Tastier than I thought because I had not had Red Bull since it first came on market
and tasted like dirt to me. Anyway, I was wide awake until 5 am and had the worst heartburn - ever. The shot I had was an over pour. The folks drinking the shots
probably had three or four shots each - I don't want to imagine what happened
            after they left the bar.

            -----------------

Coffee daily. Very occasionally Jack Daniels or Crown or Stranahans (Colorado
whiskey recently acquired by one of the biggies like Seagrams) on the rocks.
Sometimes gin and tonic - on a hot day. never really did like the taste of beer.

Alcohol beverage? Beer (pilsner), Karsk (moonshine and black coffee 50/50), vodka mixed with orange juice, etc.

But I haven't consumed alcohol since July. Not even a single drop.

When I drove a cab I prefered a fifth of Wild Turkey in a brown paper bag with a Colt 45 chaser.

Non-alcohol, I like organic drinks - hemp milk, fresh fruit juices, and I am highly addicted to organic coffees, too. Once in a while, if I can find it I'll have a Vernors because I love it, but I don't drink it more than once a year (usually around Christmas) because it's so disastrous to health.

Alcohol, I like Asti Spumanti. On a hot summer day I might have a Mike's hard lemonade or limeade. Very rarely (and I'm talking once a year maybe), I'll have a mixed drink such as a margarita or daiquiri but I don't drink a lot of anything with alcohol since college. I drank anything put in front of me except whiskey in those days.
