Does anybody personally know this member? View Profile: Escalate Hosting

I had a hosting account with them, and they simply vanished. I checked my website yesterday, and the page loads to say "account suspended". Their cpanel and website redirect with an affiliate link to ipage.

Needless to say, I am quite upset. I may have lost my entire website.

I lost my site as well. Had my business site hosted with them and it's now been down for over 2 weeks. Extremely frustrated and I've had no luck recovering my data or finding a contact.

You should be able to provide your backups to your new host. They should be able to get you up & running again.

Appears like another one up & disappeared.

Here's the whois info on the domain. The phone number listed goes to "EnvisionLocal" which also has a domain of "http://www.envisionlocal.com" that also redirects to the same affiliate link.

You could try calling the number, but I doubt you'd get anywhere.

It appears he's changed his username here to Escalate Internet.

By the way, lest anyone think I'm giving out information I shouldn't be, here's how I found that. Did a search on the original username in this section. Found a place where he was quoted, and clicked on the link back to the original post from the quote. (That's the little grey arrow next to the username in the quoted section.) There was the new username.

When you change a username, it changes for all of your posts, but the system doesn't go through and change every other occurrence of the previous name in quotes like that.

      Imagine that: Escalate Internet

Same exact site as the other one that disappeared. I can only guess that the next tactic will be to scam a bunch more people out of their money.

I had to laugh at this one:

Escalate Internet is a world-class internet marketing agency with clients all over the world. At Escalate Internet, we believe that great ideas should be shared. The best ideas enrich lives, and serve as the building blocks for great businesses - online and offline.

Companies that are founded on these types of great ideas deserve to be in the limelight. They deserve to be found. They deserve to be shared. At Escalate Internet, we share great ideas and businesses with a focus on value creation and agile marketing practices.

Our mission is to provide our clients "Valuable Solutions with Visible Results."
      ==============

I mean hey, what could you really expect from a company selling at those prices... My guess is it was abandoned when they didn't become the next big thing overnight. Summertime is almost near, so I guess "Escalate Internet" is the next venture.

That's what I was looking for from past 2 days. Now this Escalate Internet looks me fishy, as I searched and read in a news site that he made Escalate Hosting and then vanished. So, it's mean his next big venture of scam will be SEO & social media community. That's why he is promoting his affiliate program here in the forum hiding himself. Mods catch this man before he kiss everybody hot. Thank God, I was going to promote his services too but now going to change my mind.

Escalate Internet's facebook page has some 5236 likes and not a single post. Not even promoting their own social media offers is kinda fishy. Not sure if I can post links here as a new member but few review site claim that they made some huge claims about hiring 1200 people from Wichita, USA and when the chamber of commerce officials were contacted about this matter, they confirmed that everything about the company is fishy. Hence, stay out of it!

Iwould say that they did the absolute SIMPLEST thing, and the most likely thing to happen to someone careless, forgetful, unlucky, or just a jerk, happened.

1.He got a dedicated domain, or shared site he could split. The company is PROBABLY the one owning ipage.com.
2.He got people to sign up, for free, or they paid him.
    3. He had some sort of problem, which may be just not paying the bill.
    4. The system was disabled or effectively decommissioned. EITHER WAY, the default, in whm, is a page like "account suspended" shows up.

The main company, likely ipage, MAY still have everything, but you would have to prove that you own that data. They MIGHT be able to set you up on a similar site.
