    I don't shake things up too much anymore, and I don't meditate, but the rest apply to me and I'm told I'm very creative. I created a really good peanut butter sandwich a little while ago.

    Yeah, I've gotten to the age that "shaking" thing is a little scary. Never know what will come loose or just fall off. I prefer just to swirl it around a little myself.

    They didn't mention one thing that I always found the best catalyst to creative thought. Spontaneity. I love to do stuff spur of the moment without a lot of fore-planing. Seems I come up with my best ideas when I'm off doing something I hadn't expected to be doing.
