I need a auto video plugin to grab keyword phrases from youtube??

I have a video site and I was using a plugin called covert video content that would automatically grab videos from youtube around my key words and create video posts on my site, but it will not import thumbnails.
Dose anyone have any recommendations to a good plugin that will grab videos around my keywords and import and publish them on my site? if they can import tags, and do seo?
