I think there are 3 important things customer service people (or anyone in business) should do to provide exceptional customer service. They are:
1. Be Genuine
2. Provide Information in a Logical Manner
3. Deliver What you Promise
If companies were to do that for me everytime I had contact with them I'm sure I will leave a happy customer!
