1634 Maryland was founded by settlers sent by the late Lord Baltimore.

1894 Jacob Sechler Coxey and his "army" of unemployed men began their march from Ohio to Washington, DC.

1911 A fire at the Triangle Shirtwaist Co. in New York City killed 145 workers.

1931 The Scottsboro boys were arrested in Alabama.

1934 Horton Smith won the first Masters golf tournament at Augusta National in Georgia.

1954, RCA announced it had begun producing color television sets at its plant in Bloomington, Ind. (The sets, with 12½-inch picture tubes, cost $1,000 each — roughly $8,700 in today's dollars.)

1957 The European Economic Community was established by the Treaty of Rome.

This day in history - make it historical!!!! The past is gone. The future is yet to occur. Do something significant that when you look back you'll say March 25 was the day I turned a leaf. A little step in the right direction could have major ripples. So MAKE HISTORY TODAY!!!
