Has anyone upgraded yet? What do you like better?

Off-course S5 is better then S4 no doubt. Feature of s5 is better then the s4.

S4 is much better then S5 in my opinion as well but still i am HTC user so i can pick one of them

Samsung Galaxy S5 surely better than the Galaxy S4, Both are same features and S5 comes with little high in every features.

It does not come out in the uk until next month. I am going to get one. i have the s3 at the moment and looking forward to it being fully waterproof.

You can't simply say a newer model is better than an older one. I wish you could. That said, it looks like the S5 IS a bit better than the S4.

Faster processor
More waterRESISTANT
fingerprint scanner
Heartrate monitor
A bit bigger screen(lower resolution)
Only up to 32GB(as opposed to 64 for the S4)
A few more software features
Better camera
Better LOGICAL and CAMERA RESOLUTION
MicroUSB 3.0(as opposed to 2.x)

So, unless you NEED one of the features, or video/take photos with your phone a lot, I think I would hold off on upgrading. If given a choice between the two phones, I would pick the S5.

Samsung S5 is better than S4, has a lot of great features such as larger screen, metal accents body and IP certified.

I have used s4 a lot and I think its a best phone I have seen.S5 is upgrade of it but its price is much more than s4 and have no use features like finger scanner ,heart bit etc.
Camera is improver little bit.

S5 of course! its features of water resistant and dust resistant is way better than s4. AMOLED display and better specs than s4. It is also has big screen and finger scan.
