Recurring Dream Theory: "Why Weird Things Happen"

I get a recurring dream with bizarre dream logic that explains why things take place the way they do. Of course, in the dream, I'll be nodding my head have all sorts of "Aha!" moments when being informed of what's happening by characters that look straight out of the Wizard of Oz. Of course, when I wake up I find it totally ridiculous. Here's the gist:

Everything that happens is being written by screenwriters desperately trying to meet a deadline. Confusion sets in with the rewrites, when people suddenly disappear, when separate entities are amalgamated for the sake of simplicity. In the "real world" it looks like such things as companies merging. UFO's? Those are just story glitches. Confusion? That is when the writer tries to erase something or copies/pastes in the wrong places.

Write it down. Sony, Columbia and 20th Century Fox can bid for the rights!

LOL! They can run with it without me. It's on the Internet now and they are welcome to a feeding frenzy if that is what they want. You can't really copyright a mere idea and see it stand in court. A completed work, maybe (but even that is not guaranteed).

Thunderbird, you have such a rich variety of dreams, visions and surreal happenings. Hell, I basically log on here every day to read about your latest trance odysseys, or failing that, at least a rundown of your mini-mighty son's Lego directorial ambitions.

The imagination is rich, your inner-world retellings keep the off-topic folders humming with creative musings and nuanced observances. 'Mere ideas' are not part of your digital repertoire my friend. I'm thinking a 3-picture deal just from your nocturnal unconscious journeyings!

The Universe According To Thunderbird ... if that ain't a Discovery Channel series right there! Dream big ... cast your plans to the celestial CEO's of Entertainment Central. The oracles have spoken ... (now, no arguments thanks!

Definitely - is a good storyline to write up. It's as Stephen King, Rod Sterling storyline. Good stories come from dreams.
