YEP! That is ALSO a good metaphor for the US government working with problems!

It is NOT the nail! PAY MORE for sweaters! PAY MORE to lower temperatures, so we don't need sweaters! I have SAND in my shoe! A stack of papers on the table downstairs is out of alignment. This new polyester sweater STILL rips, it should be made of heavy kevlar. NO, that scratches! It should be METAL!

OK, METAL sweaters work, lets mandate that change for EVERYONE! BABIES STOPPED CRAWLING!!!!!!!! OH NO!!!!! AUTISM is INCREASING! Let's pay for more special education!

Back to the headache. Taking aspirin. That nasty nail should be removed! Removing nail. My headache is GONE! SEE! It wasn't the nail! I just needed aspirin!

This is not dissimilar to having an in-person conversation with Claude, except Claude doesn't have a nail in his head. He's trying to drive a nail in yours.

Yep, l get the first comment! World temp,s are increasing, so the best way to combat that is to, cause the population to suffer more!

Eventhough provable systems are available that could revolutionize or substantially cheapen electricity!

But since there is little profit in that, and there is still 100 trillion in oil left, blah, blah!
