Good idea: 50% hydrogen peroxide/ 50% water rinse for canker sores.

Bad idea: Mistaking it for your regular water bottle and drinking the mix.

CDC/Poison control says to "expect some vomiting."

    Holy cow. I hope you were using 3% and not food grade. If it was food grade they might have warned you about internal bleeding from burning the snot out of your stomach/esophageal lining.

    H202 infusions are one of the treatments for pets when they ingest anti-freeze or other poisons to induce vomiting. If the concentration is too strong, it will burn badly. That's why the treatment is to "drink water" - it dilutes it to a level that it's not gonna fry your innards.

    Um......btw? Don't do that again.
