sorry admin/mod but i have no idea where to put this, please move dont delete, thx.

Am planning to open site where users can submit their ads. Site will be powered by wordpress and after 2 months i want to hire someone to make me some ad options, like user can publish ad but that ad will be deleted after 180 days, option to add more days and auto-option to notify user 2 weeks before ad is expired. I want to ask YOU guys can i start that site now, make it free for users so they can submit ad for free and later hire some guys to make me changes above?

Is it possible that i hire guy after site is active 2 months? Am asking this because am scared that "hired guy" will say he cant do it while site is active and i need to start over again (fresh installed wp with these options above). Please answer. Thx.

There's a forum for "Warriors for hire". You can look up their posts so can do a little reading to see if they seem to actually know what they're up to.

I don't see any problem with "free intoductory" posts as long as they understand you will be moving to paid and they are only getting an introduction. Whether the free intro helps other than to give material for the site to get noticed, will depend on what the advertiser's research tells them the ROI is for being posted.

As far as having someone "fix" the site after you start up? That's a gamble. I, myself, from past experiences, would have it set to go before I gave the intro because ya never know what will go wrong.

One of my sites uses ad rotate (I used the premium version), or it did do until I came to another arrangement. If you plan to moderate the ads which I'm sure you would be then I think you can do pretty much what you're asking with that. Might be an option.
