Which diet works best for you? I tend to lose weight when I eat a low amount of carbs each day and exercise.

      I cut down on carbs intake at dinner. Absolutely no carbs. Fruits and juice will do or a salad. No to sweets and cola. This is absolutely effective to me if I want to lose weight.

      My friend tried eating only boiled potato and boiled eggwhites and fruits. She lost a lot of weight in 1 week. But that makes her weak and hotheaded, always craving for something to eat
