I dont know about you guys, but i am getting sick and tired of this bull crap they are feeding us.

CIA chief says bin Laden in Pakistan - Yahoo! News

Everytime they want us to go to war with another country they always bring this guy into play.

'We Got to get this guy!!! omg everyone be afraid! he is a bad bad man! We have to go kill the evil terrorists!!!'

I am seriously sick of this crap.

I remember when Obama was running for ellection he was always saying he would pull us out of there, yet here we are about ready to storm into Pakistan for another awesome war.

I used to be proud to be American....not any more.

I hear when we first attacked Afghanistan...

we had him trapped in the mountains of Tora Bora but we outsourced the job of capturing him to the same people we were fighting less than 2 week before that and...

    he somehow escaped.

I'm curious as to when you stopped being proud to be an American before or after Obama was elected?

Pakistan will not allow us to fight the war on terrorism for them - now Afghanistan is another matter.

Pakistan is it on another planet?

Osama, is he not tall, usually followed by gunmen, himself armed, with a bear (did not shave), attracting a flow of terrorists, etc.

So they have not caught him after nearly 8 years. You must be kidding.

I have no doubt that is where he has always been. Seriously.

We had him dead to rights about 5 years ago in the tora bora mt. range. Pakistan wouldnt let us cross their borders. Al-qaeda and Taliban have been mustering forces in that same area for a couple years now and even Pakistan can't keep the area secure.

but yea, everytime people 'forget' about the war on terror or whatever we are calling it this week, then bin laden gets trotted out and a tape of hime threatening something or other is played.

piss on him, let him do what he's going to do. He's either going to pull it off or not, but scaring the crap out of the soccer moms of the country isn't beneficial to anyone but the government that wants to keep us looking to them for help.

Is Bin Laden being used as an Emmanuel Goldstein, trotted out anytime the government needs the population to participate in a 2 minute hate session?

No, bin laden is the boogeyman, used to scare people when they ask 'why'. Like 'why are my rights being taken away, why do you need to tap my phone calls.'

What Bin laden is....is best illustrated by a quote from Hermann Goering during the Nuremburg trials.

Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."

Bin Laden will next be in Iran and then North Korea. Or maybe he'll be in both places at once.

I don't even believe he's alive and has been dead quite awhile. Wasn't be supposed to be on dialysis cause his kidneys failed? Can't live forever in some cave with failed kidneys. Last time I read, "bin laden released another tape" I yawned and stopped reading at that point.

When they had the chance to bring him down they let him go away. Some reports show US troops had orders to "stand down" while helis flaw into the mountains and gone away.

Why? Is he really a CIA puppet?

Interesting side note. Bin Laden is the poster boy for the "war on terror" because he supposedly master minded 911. So if this is the case then why isn't this mentioned in the FBI's website? They have him listed in the 10 most wanted section but there is no mention of 911 on his page. Curious don't you think. Don't believe me? Look for yourself.

FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitive - Usama Bin Laden

Why is this you ask? Simple. The FBI has publicly admitted that they have no evidence to charge him with it. So I ask. Why have we invaded two countries and MURDERED hundreds of thousands of innocent men, women and children? Answer. Oil and Power.

Yeh, we have all heard that before. Here's a quote from FBI spokesman Richard Kolko:

"As the FBI has said since 9/11, bin Laden was responsible for the attack," Kolko said in a statement. "In this latest tape, he again acknowledged his responsibility. This should help to clarify for all the conspiracy theorists, again -- the 9/11 attack was done by bin Laden and al-Qaida."

BTW, we're not supposed to talk about politics here, but I was against the Iraq war. It was a war of choice and Afghanistan wasn't.

Whether or not the FBI "says" he's responsible is irrelevant. They have no proof of it, which is why it does not appear on the FBI website. ALL wars are a choice. Our government chose to invade two countries and murder innocent people.

By the way, it's not a conspiracy if you can prove it. The real conspiracy is stating that a guy in a cave managed to defeat the most technologically advanced defense system in the world with guys carrying box cutters. Get real.

No proof? He admits to it. Several times. Seems like pretty good proof to me. You are the one using the FBI's website as an example. So it isn't illelevant if the FBI says he did it is it?

You 9-11 truthers are wasting your time and chasing a ridiculous fantasy. I agree about the war in Iraq. Why not get informed about that and protest about prosecuting the people who were responsible? Or for torture? When you guys keep on stating the idiotic fantasy, yes, conspiracy theories, you loose all credibilty and you are the one that look foolish. I heard this stuff for 8 years now. Cut the crap and come to grips with reality.

I'll be the first to day that I dont buy how 9/11 went down. Too many coincidences that happened all at the same time to be believable.

And when it comes right down to it, bin laden may have 'admitted to it' he may not. You dont know, neither do I, I dont speak his language, and all the times that i've seen him on tv, he could have been speaking klingon and ordering cheeseburgers for all I know. But he was scary looking, wore a turban, and most importantly for americans. he's brown...so thats enough for most to want to attack anyway.

the guy didnt live in a cave before we came after him. And its not that hard to see how a guy in his own back yard, supported by every farmer and civillian in the area could get away from the u.s. military for an extended period. Outlaws in our own history such as billy the kid and the dalton gang did the same thing and they were inside our borders

Pakistan doesn't think that. A couple Pakistan students thought that. In 2007. Big difference. Pakistanis are going through a big change right now. They are saying "Go Taliban Go" meaning they want to see the Taliban get the hell out of Pakistan. Recently, after the Taliban bombed a mosque killing dozens of innocents, local citizens took up arms and attacked the Taliban. Finally Pakistan is seeing this is their fight instead of the US's, which is the way it should be.

Here's a poll of Pakistanis in 2007, the same year this video was made:

      http://www.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/09/...nis/index.html

Bin laden had a 46% approval rating in Pakistan! Their President at the time had 38%. George Bush had 8% appoval rating in Pakistan. Still think Pakistanis think Bin Laden is in the CIA? I don't. But of course Alex Jones thought this was proof.

If Osama was responsible for all this mess - shouldn't the Bush family have all been arrested for doing business with the Bin Laden's....since 9/11. Why are we losing our rights because of a terrorist who isn't dangrous enough for Bilderberg to quit dealing with? Bush family has been in business with the Laden's for three generations now.

If we're going to go after anyone right now - I think they aught to go after that N. Korean nut case that wants to show off how quick he can delete any country he feels like at the push of a button -- that guy is the one who is scary.

Didn't know they disowned him, Tim. Still don't trust them - or the shrub. Or anyone involved in Bilderberg. Not going to go do a crap load of research to find out if there's any falsity in the "disownership" - I just will never trust those families. Greed is greed and that doesn't change that often, especially when the money is still flowing.

Still think we should concentrate on the N. Korean Nutbag with the itchy button finger. I have a feeling that tweek is going to blow a big hole in someone before too long if they don't just oust him quick.

Don't worry Sal, soon Osama bin Laden will be in North Korea then USA will bomb em :p Oh wouldn't it be ironic if a country who really did have weapons of mass destruction used them while USA was too busy in the war in Iraq searching for their weapons of mass destruction that don't exist?

I think we like being informed people.

An informed people would not allowed George W. Bush to get close to the White House in 2000.

The election should not have been close at all.

Al Gore's biggest mistake was to overestimate the political wisdom of the American people.

Lots of things would not have happened if baby Bush had not been elected.

Bin Laden was/is (if he is still alive) the leader of Al qaeda. Kalib Shaikh Mohammad, basically Bin Laden's right hand man, was the mastermind of 9/11. He is currently housed at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. He was one of the 3 terrorists that was waterboarded by the US. More journalists have been waterboarded on their own than terrorists have ever been waterboarded and people want to call it torture.

Mohammad is also one of the terrorists that BO's administration wants to bring into the US, read them Miranda rights, and give them Constitutional rights like they were American citizens when their only desire is to kill as many Americans as humanly possible.

Back to capturing Bin Laden, we had him dead in the rights 5 or 6 times in '90's and did nothing. We had him dead in the rights at Tora Bora and screwed up. Personally, I think he may be dead.

When KSM and the other terrorists decided to plan the attacks that killed 3,000 Americans, I could care less what happens to them. Put a bullet in their head, who cares. There only goal in life is death and destruction so if they want death, give them death. Quit wasting my tax dollars paying for them to have 3 squares a day and cable TV (Al Jazeera).

Waterboarding produced intelligence that saved American lives. That is all I need to know.

Also, what these Islamic goons went through is not comparison to what John McCain went through.

How do you know that? Cheney? The FBI said it didn't. KSM said he made up stuff to stop the torture.

Still, McCain says it is torture. He's very clear about that. It's against the Geneva convention he says.
