Personally I don't like to eat too much for breakfast. 3 sausages, 4 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs, fried bread, waffles, mushrooms, 3 hash browns, tomato, baked beans and toast is ample sufficiency, anything more is just plain greedy and ruins elevenses and lunch

What an enthusiastic guy! I limit my breakfast to a pound of bacon and a dozen eggs in the morning. (Or whenever I wake up.)

Omlette. I am the omlette master. Usually on the weekends, the average breakfast is:
3 egg omlette with red/green peppers, shredded cheese, minced onions and browned sausage. Also on the menu is Hawaiian hazelnut coffee and toast made from bread that I bake and locally made jam (yeah, guys know how to bake)

    Or breakfast burritos.

During the week, its usually just coffee and oatmeal

Trader Joe's plain organic yogurt, mixed in a blender with 6 squized oranges, 1 grapefruit, plain cherry juice (Trader Joe's), frozen over-ripe banana (for sweetness), freshly ground flax seeds, frozen strawberries, a handful of vitamins, including omega's, aloe vera juice, sliced pinapple.

Give it all a whirl, (oops, forgot the MSM and protein powder, lol). THIS will last me until lunch. I make a whole pitcher (about 3 glasses) and I drink it all.

      Nothing fried here, he he.

Currently - Go lean with Skim Milk - and it isnt great LOL. I work out in morning and like to get some protein so eggs are also a staple - and much tastier than Go Lean LOL

McDonalds breakfast is great but I am avoiding it these days. back in the day it was the ultimate hangover cure.

My favorite is the one I almost NEVER eat anymore - actually two versions.

    1. Fresh glazed donuts and coffee - scent of vanilla fills my head

    2. Chocolate croissant and coffee - thick semi sweet chocolate center

    yummmmmm

If I ever lose my vanity and desire to be healthy, I will eat one of these every single day. I will block every mirror and I will 'enjoy life'.
