Which one of these do you think is good for an online agency that will build sites and help promote them?

To me, Cleargrow sounds like a hair restorer, and Trisol some kind of fertilizer.

If you can't comfortably incorporate a reference to websites in the name, I think you'd be better off going for a marketable generic term, or even launch under your own name(s).

They are both horrendous, sorry. Neither suggest anything close to anything marketing related

Cleargrow sounds like a lawn product. Trisol sounds like a medication.

Throw some more words at us that you like or describe your values, or key strengths and see if we can help you arrange a name.

    Good luck

LOL - I agree the names you are testing are clinical sounding - do you have a chemistry background?

Yeah how about something that says what you do - Always keep in mind others will not realize your clever acronyms or hidden meanings - Just spell it out -

    like WeDoWebsites.com or WebBizIncubator.com (lol)

Let us know what you do - or run some more names by us.

    Fred.

Oh wait -that was chickens, wasn't it?

I agree with everyone else. They just don't hit me as web-businesses at all. In fact that bottom one sounds dangerously addictive.

Fred is a good name for anything, dear lady. Especially for inanimate objects, pets, aliens, and people named Claude.

Is anyone stupid enough to name a person Claude?

I agree with the others, neither of them hit square on the mark. Cleargrow sounds like some sort of plant food, weed killer or fertilizer to me.

Within 3 seconds I immediately concluded that you were asking for brand names for a a fertilizer or a pesticide. What kind of personality do you want to portray to your clients? Start from there.

I voted for neither of those two names ...

When looking for a domain, I like to check Godaddy auctions and see whats in the expired category ... people let go of some great domains, either because they forget to renew it or simply abandon the project idea. It only costs around $30 to get those domains if no one else bids .. its the price of the domain plus a fee because it was expired.

    It's Aunt Fred.

I agree that both names are disagreeable.
I hope you don't fee put out if Trisol is your last name.

    For my two cents

If you are not worried about SEO, it does not matter what you call yourself because your strap line or elevator speech will tell people what you do.

What matters most is that when people recommend you they can easily remember and spell the website name.
As an example Moonpig.com sells greeting cards, but you would not have thought it from the name.
Apple sells cool computers, but it's name sounds like a fruit to me.

So cleargrow fits the bill. Do not forget the new extensions eg clearprofit.marketing is available at the moment

I'm afraid that I don't like either of these names either. I would either choose a name that has reference to building and/or promoting websites or an easy to remember generic domain

yep that's what everyone keeps saying when I mention "cleargrow", sounds like a product for plants, I was thinking in terms of "growth hacking" or growing business or a site..

    guess it's a no go

    thanks!
