How do you handle disputes?

I normaly don't take the fight beacause I am afraid it's going to be dirty.
If I pay upfront and if I am not satisfied I see the money lost, and one more lesson learned.

If I doing a service for someone I always try to do the customer 100% happy, if I dont manage to succed? I send the money back. If I am not sure to deliver great result I will not take that job.

So I have never got an unhappy customer.

If I read a sales letter and it promises the Earth then it turns out to be crap, I'll get a refund on principal. If I buy something and I can see it's a good idea but I fail to implement it or succeed at it, I put it down to a lesson learned.

With customers I'm more like you. I just make sure people have less chance to screw me over because some of those customers are just thieves and I like them to be unhappy. All the rest of the customers are right 100% of the time, or so they're encouraged to think, so I look nice.
