Background Check Website Suggestions?

Hi All,


I need to do some background checking on the cheap for new tenants that need to be screened. Can anyone make any suggestions?

Ideally we can enter their social security information into it to see what insights what we can glean.

    Do these prospective tenants know that you're going to use their SSN to do a background check? You do have their permission, right?

    There are a lot of agencies that will do it for $50 or less.

      Of course they will be told what their SS# is being used for. Why else would we ask for it?

      If they don't want to share it then they won't be able to move in. Simple.

      PM me if you have a list 50k list or more of buyers in the IM space for an evergreen high converting product at a high price point.
