URGENT YOUTUBE Reporting HELP ---IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN HELP IN THIS MATTER?

How do you get down videos when youtube doesn't address the issues that these videos have directly?

    If there is a domain name, hosting account, you can find, or even an email address, you could report this to them*.

    More work. I have found that the 'burden of proof' always makes the victim jump through hoops to report something.

    I would suggest with Youtube - just copy and paste all the URLs of the videos and send one complaint to Youtube explaining the harassment being done by this person - I think in this case reporting every time your voice occurs is ridiculous - just report each video URL.

    *I have had to battle with a few email services who claim to be so fastidious about spam complaints and I just keep hammering them every time I receive something and saying "CEASE AND DESIST" in the subject line.

    I remind them that THEY are breaking the law by allowing their system to be used for harassment or spam and that THEY need to shut down the account or I will escalate the complaint to the FCC.

    Eventually they will respond and they do shut the account down because it IS the law.

    Create your document and then keep sending it every 72 hours until they respond.
