Need a marketer

I may be posting this in the wrong place. If that is the case, I apologize.I have tried to learn how to market on the internet for quite a while. I thinkMy brain may be a little too old to learn. The reason I signed up to this siteIs it seems that there are tons of you that know a whole lot about marketing.I am looking for someone that I could pay to do my marketing. I am in the pre-arranging cremation business. I have been in this business for about 20 yearsAnd it is pretty much all I know.Recently my company has decided to cut way back on the amount of direct mail that theySent out to supply us with leads. They have seen that direct mail was just getting to expensive.Since most of our leads came from seniors, mostly around 70 year old, the internet was neverUsed much to get leads. My thinking is that the seniors are now getting in on searching and using the internet more every day. My problem is I just don't have the skills or the know how to be able to reach the seniors that are interested in my product.
I'm looking for someone that could do my marketing for me. I make pretty good money on each sale
That I make. I am not looking for something for nothing. I know it will cost some money to get good results, I just don't know how much. I am having a website built that will be done today but I really don't know what to do to get visitors to it.
If you are interested please let me know. I know there is a lot of different ways to make a living online
But I really just want to write my cremation plans.

    When I was in woodworking I had a few inquiries about caskets
    from folks who were making their own arrangements. I had an
    ads saying I would do caskets on a couple of sites targeted at
    earthy-crunchy people. I never built one but it's still an interesting
    notion that there are quite a lot of folks making these sorts
    of arrangements. Some of the DO look on the internet.

    There are some differences, in my experience, between direct
    mail and online lead-generation. I could write this sort of thing
    for you and set you up with a campaign to get traffic to it.

    I'm quite interested in and attuned to the senior market. It's
    a goldmine.
