...and you are always here to defend the govt, aren't you?

Watchdog finds more EPA personnel problems - Washington Times

An EPA employee who admitted to watching child porn at work several hours a day....was sentenced to five years probation and "retired" from the EPA.

The cases, detailed by witnesses from the inspector general’s office, include a $120,000 a year, bonus-winning, still active employee who spent two to six hours a day visiting porn websites and downloading 7,000 pornographic files to an agency shared server. Another involves the human resources manager who failed to spot Beale’s fraudulent explanations for his absences, and a third involves an ill employee confined for a year in an assisted living facility but still collecting full pay.
string of stories of personnel misconduct still under adjudication in the wake of the December sentencing of EPA air quality specialist John Beale to 32 months in prison for bilking the agency of salary and expenses while performing little work under the guise of moonlighting for the CIA
And the behavior that began the investigation of the EPA in 2013:

John C. Beale, the former EPA official who convinced his bosses, friends and even his wife that he was a CIA spy, was sentenced to 32 months in prison for defrauding the agency out of nearly $900,000 in unearned pay and bonuses.

Beale, 65, admitted to missing more than 2½ years of work at the EPA over the last decade, during which he claimed to work for the CIA on missions that kept him away from his job as a senior adviser in EPA’s Office of Air and Radiation. His lies were uncovered because he continued to receive money for 18 months after his retirement, triggering an investigation by the agency’s inspector general’s office.
Poop in the hallway is the least of it

The EPA did catch Beale - but this was an embarrassing incident that just keeps giving.

That would be like trashing someone who was stalked, confronted and then gunned down when they were only going to the store and back home.

Kay's sources have to lie more than anyone else or else no one, not even Kay would follow them since they won't be saying the stuff she wants to hear.

            Guess what?

Someone did a study of public statements by folks from my side of the isle and folks from Kay's side of the isle.

The numbers are startling but no surprise to me since her whole tea party movement is built on ill-timed, misplaced resentment and a bunch of mean spirited lies that trickle down into into their media/propaganda arms.

OK, they speak of george mason university. HMMMM..... Sounds familiar! Let's check!

              Bear Arms

"I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people, except for a few public officials."
              — George Mason, in Debates in Virginia Convention on Ratification of the Constitution, Elliot, Vol. 3, June 16, 1788
"Whereas civil-rulers, not having their duty to the people duly before them, may attempt to tyrannize, and as military forces, which must be occasionally raised to defend our country, might pervert their power to the injury of their fellow citizens, the people are confirmed by the article in their right to keep and bear their private arms."
-- Tench Coxe, in Remarks on the First Part of the Amendments to the Federal Constitution
"The best we can hope for concerning the people at large is that they be properly armed."
-- Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Papers at 184-188
NOW! I wonder what GMU is! I mean EDU means university, right?

LOOK AT THAT! George Mason University! Welcome to George Mason University

I could say a lot more, and refute every attempt you tried here, but I will leave it at that!

How are we to believe "fact checkers" that won't even admit facts that they themselves admit were admitted by one of the ****FEW**** that would know the REAL intent!?!?!?!? YEP! George Mason was a coauthor and supporter of the 2nd amendment! And this statement was supposedly said no more than about 13 years later.

So, this "study", which basically used Politifact.com - a project owned by the Tampa Times (an admittedly "normally" Liberal paper) says that Democrats statements are more likely true.

    No. No bias there.

This may or may not be true. But I'd need at least one more reliable "source" other than Politifact.com - perhaps one that doesn't lean so much in either direction

The sources I quoted were Reuters and the Washington Post. I deliberately avoided coverage of TheHill or FOX so as not to present one side.

Of course, you could do your own research on employee abuses at the EPA...but don't know if thinkprogress would publish the story or not.

HE ****KNOWS**** it is a conspiracy, even if he doesn't want to admit it. The unions in part do that. And they have lobbyists to enforce it. The carveouts and special inclusions in OC for the unions were because of the unions. It is the SAME with all the busses that are interested in shutins only ONCE a YEAR, so they can VOTE! And WHY do they want "gun control" if they don't want to limit gun availability? Several said they wanted to get rid of guns, and they say only the military and police should have guns.

It IS interesting to see some things. TL, for example, says that the stockmarket and bond market have NOTHING to do with commerce and the normal economy. And he SAYS that so he can AGREE that the federal reserve is interfering with the valuation of the stock market without adding money to the economy. That is especially funny since that is EXACTLY what they are doing. A number of investors KNOW it. That is why stock brokers say things like: Is the Federal Reserve About to Crush Markets? How to Prepare

The money, of course, only comes from taxes, inflation THEY create, money they make through felonious acts(RATE manipulation, counterfeiting, and insider trading), and DEBTS! And the BIGGEST winner of all is the HUGE super bank called the "FEDeral RESERVE"!

And the IRS says they only keep emails for 6 months? OH, if ONLY they would allow me to have such limited records.

Never said you condon it. What I was saying is you refuse to recognize the extent to which this is going on.

Sovereign. We're trying to keep that in effect. We almost lost it. The senate just voted 53 to 46 against signing the UN arms treaty - that would have dumped our sovereignty right out the window -- and there were 46 treasonous *******s in there that were willing to do that. Still - there are a lot of people still yacking that the treaty would not have disarmed us and put us under UN control --- even though, if they'd shut their damned mouths and read it, they'd have found it does just that. Thank you to the 53!

Now we have to fight the same damned thing with parental rights to their own children. If we don't get people in line real soon and fighting against this crap, not one of us is going to be in a sovereign country anymore. Yet people want to deny this is going on. They deny the corruption, even though it's being uncovered more and more each day. And, sadly, they don't understand what a corporate owned press is during a regime of crony capitalism.

When enough people don't "get" it - all of us are endangered.

Sovereign citizen movement - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
BTW Wikipedia is WRONG in many respects here. GRANTED some go WAY too far with their claims of the sovereign movement, but it IS based on a lot of fact, and there ARE multiple sets of laws.

To clarify, I'll tell you some of the cases, etc... Basically, we are now FORCED, for the most part, to be placed, BY A THIRD PARTY, under a given set of rules by a law that came about, IIRC, in the 1980s. It requires all 5yo or older, IIRC, to get a social security number. ALSO, for DECADES, people have been illegally placed under a set of rules by applying for various things, such as drivers licenses, bank accounts, etc.... SOME say this happens through birth certificates, but that doesn't really fit, etc... ALSO, unlike the other things, they don't seem to be tied to other contracts. But birth certificates DO let people know of a person out there, etc.... OTHER laws, and effectively a kind of civil harassment, don't make it easy to avoid that. Anyway, part of those contracts say you will obey a given set of laws and pay taxes. And this is why state citizens will do things like not apply for certain licenses, and ask to be removed from such roles. They may be declared law breakers MERELY for not wanting to be complicit in an illegal deal!

It is a lot like those earmarks that one party may place on a given deal that is highly desired, and they will then berate the party for not passing. Sometimes, the TRUTH is that the other party WANTED to pass the popular part, but NOT the earmarks.

There is ALSO the theory that a yellow fringe on a US flag means the court is a US admiralty court. Is that true? WHO KNOWS! I DID look at the overview at cornell, which was respected, last I knew, and they said NOTHING about fringes. ALSO, I don't remember historically seeing such fringes in admiralty circumstances. We ARE tried under commerce law, as they assert, though that may be just a byproduct of the times, and so much DOES deal with commerce.

But some go crazy! Some say you must be white and christian, though neither is mentioned anywhere. SERIOUSLY! It is NOT in the constitution or related documents and I doubt you could find it anywhere else. Some say you can sue people under admiralty law, if you are a sovereign citizen, and they block your way. AGAIN, CRAZY!

So there you have it, FACT to crazy. As for common law, it IS still used. It is even used in deciding cases in US courts. HECK, look at LIAR LIAR! In the end, the defense won by using common law. An interesting side note is that it shows that the plaintiff wasn't subject to the original contract, and that the defense would have lost everything, without common law being used.

Steve - it's not just the EPA. Go into some of the offices in Central Oregon. There's very often crap all over the toilets and walls. When I say people are going insane, I meant it. I told one non-profit I was in once not to long ago that someone had vandalized their bathroom - crap on the tank, the floor, and 3 walls of a stall, and they said it was just someone with a physical problem. I laughed at them. Splattering the seat and bowl is a physical problem - shit on 3 walls is vandalism. Good grief.
