  Playing on this forum is my chief vice. Between 15 minutes and an hour a day. Whenever I get bored with writing, or talking to clients.....and I'm not busy with something else.
  
  And that's at work. Maybe I read the latest gossip a few minutes before going to bed.

Like Claude, but mostly when I have a sales related question.

I used to spend more but a shadowy cabal of users that do not like the east asian country that cannot be named conspired to have me silenced.

I talk like that because if you are wanting to make money, 7 hours a day in the forum is too much time wasted when you can be doing positive things towards your business.

I've not been a member that long but I love the content on here and finally getting involved in all the 'chatter' - yesterday after an internet marketing forum I spent about 2 hours.... now I'm hooked and hope to come back for at least an hour a day :-)

I'm not sure I could spend as much time as you....yes there's loads of information here but be carefukl of information overload....
