Does anyone know the owner of MerchantWords.com?

I've been trying to reach them and have tried:

1. PMing here
2. Emailing the support email address on their website
3. Emailing the personal email address on their website
4. Calling the phone number of their website

... and I haven't been able to reach anyone. Was wondering if anyone here knows the owner and knows how I could get in contact with them?

    George from MerchantWords here.

    I apologize for not being more accessible to answer questions, as you can imagine we've been pretty busy lately. But I know that's no excuse for terrible customer service. The good news is we've hired a full-time employee to help us stay on top of our customer service.
